DIRECTION FOR USE
Wash hands thoroughly before use. Make sure to clean vaginal area before insertion. Lay back with knees bent or you can stand up while spreading your legs open. Using an applicator or your finger, insert one capsule gently into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. (Recommend using a pantyliner to allow any watery leakage especially if applying during the day) Allow it to dissolve - can take up to 4 - 12 hours.
